The Office of the Secretary oversees the fulfillment of legal requirements for reporting
and record keeping for DePaul Univeristy. It manages the work of the Board of Trustees
and the Members of the Corporation to facilitate their services to the university.
The office coordinates the services offered to the committees and subcommittees
of the Board by university staff members.
In addition, the office is also responsible for various aspects of University
administration, including managing the University Policies and Procedures Manual and Web site. |
