The Office of
the Secretary manages the development of the policy and procedures
manual and web site for the university. It facilitates the policy
approval process, works closely with divisional vice presidents
and policy coordinators to ensure that all university policies are
current and reflect the practices used within the university.
The Office shall
provide assistance with the writing and development of individual
policies as well as ensure that each policy follows the appropriate
review and approval process.
the Office of the Secretary shall make available all University
Policies and Procedures to the university community via a combination
of print and electronic resources. Official copies of all policies
and procedures will be stored within the Office of the Secretary.
