The Office of the Secretary coordinates the work of the Board of Trustees and Members of the Corporation to facilitate their service to the University. The Office also coordinates the support services offered to the committees and subcommittees of the Board. This includes logistical support of Board and Committee meetings, trustee orientations, development and provides staffing support to University Officials in working with the Board of Trustees.

Furthermore, the Office of the Secretary oversees the fulfillment of the legal requirements for record keeping and reporting for the Corporation of DePaul University.
